What does "exclusive territory" actually mean?

One broker per city. We will not license the same market to a competing broker on this platform. Your listing portal, SEO positions, and Atumnus Adaptive Intelligence data are exclusively yours for the term of your agreement, with first right of refusal on renewal.

What happens if I stop paying the monthly retainer?

The platform goes into a maintenance-hold state — it remains live but stops receiving updates, MLS refreshes, and Adaptive Intelligence retraining. We do not transfer platform ownership; the setup fee covers build and deployment.

Can I add the ad management service later?

Yes. Standard and Major Market customers can add full-service ad management at any time. The ad management fee is in addition to the monthly retainer and is separate from ad spend.

How long does deployment take?

Standard deployment takes 6–8 weeks from signed agreement and MLS access credentials. Major Market with custom calculator add-ons takes 8–10 weeks. Enterprise includes a dedicated deployment manager to keep the timeline on track.

Is this a white-label product? Will my clients see "Atumnus"?

No. The platform deploys under your brand, your domain, and your brokerage name. Atumnus LLC is not visible to your clients anywhere. Your agents don't even need to know how the platform is built — they just see a better, faster, more capable tech stack than their competitors.

What about NAR/MLS rules on listing access?

We integrate your local MLS according to your board's IDX/RETS/RESO API rules. You remain responsible for your brokerage's MLS membership and compliance with your board's display rules. We configure the integration to meet them.
